Lauren & Peter met working at a restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles back in 2012. They quickly discovered a mutual love for food & hospitality … as well as one another! They married in 2014, and Wax Paper was born in 2015. With a collective 30+ years in the restaurant industry, Lauren & Peter have taken their unique knowledge and experiences and shaped their goals and values into healthy and happy kitchens, dining rooms, & workplaces.
